Called here to pickup a part for daughters car. As a Mercedes owner, I was blown away. Not only did the parts guy know exactly what he was doing, he was friendly and really nice. Part was reasonably priced too.

Needed some service parts for my van. Good advice from the parts department and the parts are genuine ford and no more expensive than other high street suppliers ! It's a no brained really, use genuine parts for no more money!
