   Even 1 star ıs too much for you. A year ago, they gave me an fault that was not included in the records, extra oil costs, vehicle parts replacement, a total of 930 pounds (1/10 of the market value of the vehicle), I wanted to trust it and had it done. Then I get my vehicle. Nothing was given or mentioned, including the parts replacements, service operations, invoices, parts warranties (it was said that they were under warranty). They even entered the vehicle service booklet into the vehicle warranty book. I have never seen such amateur work. They deleted the dash cam records of my vehicle and returned them inactive. I got suspicious and when I looked, they had hit and scraped all ten bumpers of my vehicle. Some of the bumper tabs are broken. All ten slats were broken. I didn't expect this much. I haven't gotten to the dirtiness of the vehicle yet. I've been cleaning the car for 2 days. There's oil and dirt everywhere. I'm also adding pictures. It was a good lesson for me, I will definitely not go to such services again, except for the authorized service. I'm just narrating what I experienced. The decision is yours.

   First time using this garage and can honestly say I will certainly be going back. First class service from initial phone call to book the car in to completion of work. Went in for major service and MOT. Staff friendly and easy to communicate with especially the lady in the office. Highly recommend .and prices are in my opinion very reasonable

   Needed a severely damaged locking wheel nut removing on my land rover. LR dealership couldn't help but pointed us in S M R's direction. Took the fella about 3 seconds to get it off. He knew exactly what to do! Massive thanks.
