First time that l have used Michael, l had new toilet fitted and a radiator removed and a new one fitted. I found Michael very knowledgeable and easy to get along with. I would have no hesitation recommending Michael or using his services again. He has done a variety of jobs for me (replacing a tricky kitchen tap, fixing numerous leaking radiator valves and fitting a gas cooker to name a few). He is always friendly, quick to respond, and his work is thorough and top notch.
Michael fitted a new boiler and hive system a couple of months ago His work was at a very high standard he explained everything thoroughly and made sure we understood everything,Michael was very punctual and a very tidy worker I had to contact him about something I wasn't sure about he replied promptly. I will use Michael for any plumbing heating work in the future If you need a reliable efficient job I would definitely recommend Michael. 5 stars from me
Michael was a life saver! He was very nice and professional, very caring, kept us updated about his arrival, and fixed the boiler and radiator in a professional way. We will definitely ask him to service our boiler every year!
Michael came out to me when I had a problem with a blocked bath. He arrived promptly and was very professional and courteous. He worked really hard to fix it but it turned out to be a blocked drainage pipe outside the house so even though he wasn't able to fix it himself he referred me to a drain unblocking company and whilst he was here he also repaired a leaking u bend on the bath which he wouldn't accept any payment for. I would not hesitate in recommending him and I will definately be using him again in the future, Thank you Michael
Michael serviced our boiler, fitted a new kitchen tap and replaced a faulty water ball valve. He provided a brilliant and friendly service from start to finish and did the work to a fantastic standard and for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!

This company quoted an outdoor tap roughly 2.5x the going market rate as their "service is excellent" - despite not viewing the job and the gentleman I dealt with had profoundly poor communication skills. I decided against using this firm; the initial service and communication was miles away from their self-proclaimed "excellence".
Michael provided an excellent service. Very reliable, trustworthy and personable. He did an excellent job, reasonably priced and left everything tidy and checked the system was working fully after he had finished installing new radiators. Would definitely recommend.
