   Used for a gas safety check previously and had no problems. Was due to come round to look at boiler pressure dropping which turned out to be a leaking radiator. Cancelled twice at short notice after promising someone would come round. Was sent a video after 2nd missed appintment showing the leak getting worse, response was 'Looks really bad that i think try get another engineer i dont know wen ill be able to get there." When does show up is great, but not reliable and wouldn't use again or recommend.

   After my boiler kept losing pressure I called Dave out who came the same day to look what the issue was. He was able to resolve this quickly, after fitting a new part and explained everything to me. Really appreciate the speed In which he resolved this for me.    This company is absolutely brilliant. After trying to find a plumber to replace my boiler I'd had months of being messed around, ghosted and wasted too many days waiting in for other companies only for them not to turn up at all! I'm so glad I found DFB. Dave and his team are a breath of fresh air. They respond quickly, turn up when they say they will and keep you posted every step of the way. Their communication via both texts and voice notes was second to none. They're knowledgeable, professional and really care about doing a good job. Dave gave me a very competitive and reasonable quote. He sent Alan to fit the boiler who was professional, really patient with my dogs barking (!) and was a thoroughly decent guy. Alan did an excellent job and was meticulous about cleaning up afterwards. The new boiler is brilliant! Alan was patient when teaching me how to set the timer etc too. Dave followed up with me both during and after the job to make sure I was happy. They even got rid of my old boiler for me. This is an excellent local firm and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone and everyone I know. Thanks Dave and Alan!

   Called to get two radiators fitted. Also needed a radiator moving last minute once they were there which I didn't specify in the beginning. Nothing was too much trouble. I was particular of where I needed pipes moving aswell and they where happy to accommodate this. They turned up the day after I called for a quote and on the agreed day to carry out the works. Nothing was too much trouble and customer service was brilliant. Would definitely call them first with any other heating or plumbing. Fair price. Would definitely recommend.

   We'd had Smart Meters installed but the installer had to cap off our gas supply because there was a leak in our old gas fire. Dave came out, on a Sunday, to remove the leaky fire and restore our gas supply. Quick and efficient! Well recommended!
