Called and spoke to them over the phone and was promised a response with a price the same day - didnt get one. Tried a follow-up email - no reply. If you dont want the work, just say you dont want the work, its more professional.
Just had Joe and Lee attend our Mountain warehouse shop with a broken over door heater. Once again what amazing lads they are, arrived on time communicated on what they were doing and how long they would be here. They are a credit to this company, which I would highly recommend.
After multiple jobs completed by CMS, with the most important one being quite a difficult fragile roof repair, I can definitely say I would recommend them to everyone, regardless of the repair / maintenance work required. Despite numerous setbacks they have always worked with us closely to get things done and were constantly in touch to keep us updated and arrange materials and access equipment deliveries, even completing work on weekend days, to accommodate our needs. A massive thank you to Stephen, Declan, Rob & George, as well as the rest of the team members who attended our location to get things done when we needed their services. Good afternoon Hope this email finds you well. I would like to email you personally about one of your employees Nick who attended my property last night at 9.30pm and this afternoon at 1pm to fix the water pipe that was drilled by Virgin media. I am a vulnerable person with mental health issues and I have a child who lives with me. We have had no water for 24 hours. Nick took ownership and handled this nightmare with care and love. He has been amazing through this whole ordeal and the only person who has not lied once. He is a man of his word and kept his promise. He worked tirelessly to get our water back on and did not give up. He is the only person that has brought a smile to our face whilst going out of his way to help us. He is an asset to your company and his experience and expertise has shown through the last 24 hours which have been hell for us. I cannot thank him enough He literally saved me and my son when everyone else left us, lied to us and hung up the phone on us. He has remained professional, supportive and truly gone above and beyond. This person is an amazing human being and deserves every benefit your company can provide for him. I will be leaving further positive reviews for Nick on social platforms, but I wanted to reach out to you to let you know that you need to keep this man in your company as he is a treasure. The day before going on holiday I discovered a bathroom leak coming down through the ceiling to the dining room. I called Clarke maintenance and they reacted immediately arranging for an engineer. He turned up prompt, professional and courteous. He identified and isolated the problem giving me peace of mind to go on holiday and repair the fault on my return. Thank you so much!
