   Got home to a leak in the kitchen. Called at 17:25 and was asked to send photos which I did. Told he has no tools in the van as they had been left on a job. I just needed stop tap in the road turning off to stop the leak as it was before the tap in the house and I don't have the tools to do it as it was jammed. Apparently had tools in the van for that job but wanted £200 + VAT to come and turn off the water in the road. Told the reason was distance and 'out of hours' at 17:25.

   Needed a new heating system in the middle of winter and was recommended Chris by Worcester bosch. Did the job, very professional, quick, absolutely no mess. And fantastic service. Called out recently too for a service of the system. Highly recommended, top bloke and a great installation. Very satisfied.

   Return visit as first time leak not resolved properly. Prompt reply and new appointment scheduled. Received text to advise Shaun was on his way and arrived promptly. Quickly identified problem and adjusted settings for overflow. Pleasant and professional manner. All resolved now.

   Boiler was leaking. Within 15 minutes of paying for emergency service the lads turned up and immediately identified problem. 40 minutes later boiler problem was resolved. Excellent and friendly service at decent price for an emergency.

   My boiler wouldn’t fire up one afternoon and having a young child in the house didn’t fancy risking a cold night in the house, called a few plumbers and emergency Chester plumber were able to come out same day and were very reasonable priced too! Chris turned up when he said he would and got the boiler back up and running in no time and even returned a few days later to complete a full boiler service too. Highly recommended

   We had a bad leak this morning, we called Chris at Chester Plumbing. He was great to deal with on the phone, he told me what to do until he could get there. He came out to me within the 1hr, fixed the leak there and then. Great service, I would definitely recommend them.
