   One of our bedroom radiators had a leak which had come through the floor boards into the dining room below. Home heating fixed this within 30 mins of the initial call. Speedy service and honest advice, would highly recommend to anyone.

   Home Heating Systems have been excellent. We had a new heating system installed a month ago. They were recommended by a neighbour. The came out the next day to provide advice as to the best system for the house and our needs. I received a detailed quote by email the next day. The job was completed on time without any additional costs. The reason I am posting now is I had a problem on Saturday night. I called the emergency number and they offered to come out immediately. I was happy for them to came out first thing Sunday morning. They identified the problem being the gas supply (not the boiler or system they had installed). System is now back up and running. I had to share a photo as the boiler and pipe work are beautiful!

   Its not often that you can get a really reliable tradesperson/company but I've been using Home Heating for some time now. After a very friendly and knowledgeable consultation about a new boiler install, the quote beat all competitors and it wasn't long before the install was arranged which was very speedy and efficient. When it was apparent the original set up of the boiler wasn't quite right for my house, Home Heating quickly came out to remedy the issue with no extra charge. Again this was delivered in a quick, professional and friendly manner. I think the fact its a family business really helps. Highly recommend.

   We needed some advice regarding our shower and new central heating system. Ted arrived on time and advised us how to best use our new Hive system. He then set about servicing and checking the boiler, which is not easy as it is in the attic! Nothing is too much trouble for Ted and the family team. I have recommended Home Heating to my friends and will continue to do so. First class service!

   I would highly recommend using Home Heating Systems. We had our boiler replaced by the team, and were very pleased with service. From the moment Ted came out to quote, to the day it was fitted, the whole process was hassle free. I also called the office in a panic recently, as I had a leaking radiator valve that needed urgently replacing. Within a couple of hours of my call, Ted came out, and replaced the valve. Excellent service!

   I cannot fault Home Heating Systems, Ltd! We moved into our first home and it needed an entirely new central heating system. As new home owners we felt overwhelmed and worried that we would meet some cowboys. We got several quotes and found Ted to be the most professional, friendly, and patient. He and the team in the office answered our many, many questions. The different boiler choices were explained. Although Home Heating Systems were not the cheapest (middle quote), they instilled the most confidence in us. Installation day they arrived right on time. The team (Mike, Jake, and I forgot the other lad's name!) were very polite and they left the house tidier than they found it. They even went above and beyond and helped with a task our spark asked them to do. We will be using them for our annual boiler checks and for any other needs. Would recommend them to anyone! :)

   A complete professional service from everybody in the company, from shop staff to engineers. Ted the business owner knows his stuff, he'll point you in direction of the service that's right for you. We had a replacement boiler fitted in a day, the engineers Jake & Mike were excellent with a nice pleasant attitude, this despite having to install a boiler in my loft on a very hot day. They even employ a roofer to replace tiles after installing the flue through the roof. I probably could have got it done cheaper, although the price wasn't excessive by any means. Worth every penny for a complete professional service, you get what you pay for. Our thanks to Ted, family & engineers.
