“Brilliant service. I have a leg length discrepancy and it's hard to find nice shoes as I have to wear height adjusting insoles. However, Hoylake Cobblers have managed to raise the sole of my Reebok Classic trainers by 12mm, so I no longer require the insole in my shoe. This has greatly improved comfort and also means I can now choose a lot more shoes and simply have them adjusted. They have done a great job and it's really not noticeable at all! I will definitely be recommending and using them regularly going forward.”

“Absolute excellent service from Darren at Timpson’s in Heswall. I have tried both over the Wirral and down south to have a spare key cut and programmed for my Renault Kadjar. Nobody has had the correct software and if they have they haven’t been able to carry out the procedure correctly. Of course I could’ve gone to the retailers but it would’ve crossed over double the price. Darren at Timpson’s Heswall sorted my key out straight away. I cannot recommend them highly enough. “I always get my car key batteries replaced at Timpsons and I have the lifetime offer on them. Saves you a lot of money if you keep your cars for a while. One that I had a lifetime replacement one wasn’t working and didn’t work when the battery was replaced. Instead of giving up, the guy (Jordon) got some tools out and started to play around with the key itself and got it working. We have our keys cut thereto and Jordon is usually the guy that’s serving. He’s always courteous, helpful and did go the extra mile to fix my key. So instead of forking out for a new key, which would have cost a lot of money, I have it working again, under warranty, so it cost me no extra money. A very happy customer.”
