Crystal clear glazing completed a new roof on my property, the communications from Alicia in the office was very professional with updates from the initial visit for quoting right through to the completion of the job, nothing was too much trouble even the last minute changes I requested on the finishing materials. Workforce was professional polite and punctual, the speed of the work was unbelievable, the cleanliness during and after was superb and the standard of work completed was more than expected, I would thoroughly recommend this company and already have plans for them to complete a facial uplift on my dormer exterior, David and the team were fantastic
The service was very quick and efficient. From submitting an enquiry on Sunday, someone came to measure up on Monday afternoon. Confirmed on Tuesday morning to go ahead with it. The new glass was fitted on Thursday afternoon. The lads doing the work were polite, quick and tidy at the job. I was also kept well informed on the progress my Alicia.
Had 3 windows replaced today. The improvement is amazing! The fitters were polite and left everywhere as they found it. The whole experience from first contacting for a quote to fitting took 2 weeks which was great. Would highly recommend.

Called David last week and told him I have a few windows that need fixing. He gave me a quote on the phone after taking some details and then booked me in for today at 9.30am. He arrived early, ahead of schedule and fixed problems with 4 of our windows. We are extremely happy with the service from David at Crystal Clear Windows and couldn't recommend him highly enough. He replaced two patio glass windows that were misted, replaced a door handle and re-aligned the doors which were difficult to lock. Also matched a frosted panel above the front door, looks exactly the same as the original, he was very meticulous at matching the existing windows.
