I’ve just been into your Heswall branch and your staff members went above and beyond to help with what I needed. Lorraine helped with the big canvases I have ordered and Darren helped with my car keys. They were happy to help in anyway possible they went above and beyond to get exactly what I asked for on the canvases. The attention to detail was impeccable thank you. I will be back again soon
Came in on Saturday 22nd November. I Needed some photos scanning and some keys cut. Lorraine and Darren helped me with both. Lorraine kindly scanned the photos and Darren cut my keys. They both have a positive attitude towards the job they do. The customer care is exemplary by both of your Timpson staff. They will go above and beyond for people that come through those doors as I’ve witnessed it first hand
Absolute excellent service from Darren at Timpson’s in Heswall. I have tried both over the Wirral and down south to have a spare key cut and programmed for my Renault Kadjar. Nobody has had the correct software and if they have they haven’t been able to carry out the procedure correctly. Of course I could’ve gone to the retailers but it would’ve crossed over double the price. Darren at Timpson’s Heswall sorted my key out straight away. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Darren went above and beyond for me when fixing my car key. He came out to see me when my car had broken down and exhausted all the options to get it going including jumping it from his own car. Once it was up and running he had a new key done for me in less than 15 minutes. Brilliant service, quick and efficient. Darren was absolutely lovely, Thank you so much again !!
They made a canvas with a collage of photos of my favourite pics of my family 6 pics Loved it and ordered a smaller canvas for 4 pics quick and friendly service and quickly done !! Helped with placing the photos Excellent !! Thank you ❤️

Fantastic service. They took off some tricky ankle area shoelace hooks of my favourite walking boots that had become problematic as where catching the laces on other shoe leading to tripping hazard when walking. Done in 90 seconds and no charge! This little shop has a wide variety of handy offerings and saw someone getting help with car keys. Glad I called with what seemed like an unusual problem.
Always get superb service from the staff in the Heswall shop. They recently resoled my favourite brown suede boots and they came back in superb condition. They have also cut keys and all manner of other superb services for our family. Thank you :)
