I bought 2 pvc window locks fitted them for my neighbour,,both working perfectly,,the guy who served was very helpful,and he made sure they were identical to the one I brought in,,,I would definately buy from there again,it was a shop with so many different items for the home inside and out,,,top marks to them,,,Kevin
Very helpful and pleasant people. Really know their stuff. The cheapest place in Liverpool if you need keys cut. Had hundreds cut there and never had a problem and cheap at half the price. Recommend this place to s number of friends and had good feedback from all of them.
This is the place to go, the staff are extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. I had an issue with the gearbox in my multipoint locking system. I took the whole mechanism in to them, within minutes they had fitted the replacement part. Made things so much easier when installing it all back into the door. Thanks for a great service and would definitely recommend this place to others

I would not recommend this Company for purchasing anything online. I ordered a lock and two additional keys and the two additional keys did not work and when I asked for replacements I was told that all keys are checked before they leave (that was their response) implication was that I was wrong. There was no mention of offering replacement keys or asking for the lock and all the keys back for a replacement. The communication is lousy and rude and although the mistake was completely there's there has been a complete refusal to refund the postage costs to return the lock. Clearly if the product you buy from them is right then it's all okay but when it is wrong they don't give a monkeys and I think that all the negative reviews that you can see all pretty much say the same thing
