I ordered a black nickel thumbturn which is faulty. I sent them a picture of it that there is a 5mm gap from plate so it will be loose once fitted and they refused to replace it. I wouldn’t use them again. We are a reputable door company in Staffordshire so we know what’s faulty and they told us it wasn’t and have ignored our response. I don’t like leaving bad reviews as I’m in buisiness myself but this is unacceptable
