   I own a Stihl lawnmower, which was expensive , and wanted some genuine parts for it. From past experience, if you wait too long, the manufacturer discontinues the model and you’re left scrabbling around for grey copies at silly money. Anyway, Power Tool Centre or Garden Spare parts have a fantastic website that show all the parts and I could easily order a blade, special fixing screw and fan thing. Best of all, these are genuine Stihl parts. Postage and packing was very reasonable and everything delivered quickly. Absolutely fantastic service and a trusted online seller. If you’ve come here looking for Garden Spare Parts, you’re in the right place. Very highly recommended.

   Should have remembered how useless they were before placing my last order! Both occasions ordered parts that showed available. No sign of them weeks later. When chased they said they sent an email to say one of the parts wasn’t available. Funny that happened both times either no email found. Then when told I would just have the part they could get, that was then unavailable. They sent credit invoice but showing less postage that I paid for…even though not one thing was posted!!! Bloody awful company. Will make a mental note never to use them in the future.

   Do not buy from these incompetent, and scammers I ordered a replacement, they got it wrong and it's not there I was able to get it replaced, I sent them dozens of photos and emails but they refused to acknowledge the error and replace me with the piece.
