   After my car broke down in the car park (dead battery), I nipped in to the Morrisons store to check if it was OK leaving it overnight until the AA were able to come the next day. Rick overheard this and came straight to my aid. He came out to my car with a power pack and restarted it for me and couldn't have been more helpful. He saved the day! I really appreciate what he did for me - thanks Rick. We will definitely be back with any future key troubles.

   My mum & I went to Asda to have some keys cut using the machine. We thought we had completed the transaction but once the money had been take we got a message on screen to say the machine was broken, so call this number! So we decided to go to Timpsons @ Morrisons - we met a really nice gentleman that gave us lots of advice on getting our money back, and helped with the key cutting service, he actually cut three keys for us and wouldn't accept any payment for them! What a nice guy! Thank you again. You made my mums day.

   Quite frankly astounded by the level of customer care that I received on my recent visit. I brought 7 watches for battery replacement expecting to come back to collect them at a later date. They were completed before I’d finished my food shop! Couldn’t recommend enough, this experience and service surpassed that of a Swiss company I’ve also recently visited (where I paid 10X as much and without the lifetime guarantee!)

   Had 3 keys cut today including a special YALE safety key. It was explained to me that it may not work because I unfortunately didn't have access to the safety code but that if they didn't work I would be able to get a full refund. Thankfully the copies work perfectly. Reasonable prices, fast service. Will use again.

   Having lost all hope of getting my aged, worn, falling apart, held together with Duck tape, car key replaced. In desperation I visited Timpsons (Morrisons Winsford). I was so grateful when the most obliging, helpful and efficient member of the team was able resolve my problem without issue. New key, new fob and car alarm works fine. Really had begun to think I'd need to go through the Honda dealship £££££££. Great service and highly recommended.

   After some very indifferent visits to Timpsons my visit to the outlet at Winsford on Friday 27th November has pleased me no end. Not only was the advise given in a very clear manner The service was excellent and far above what I could have expected. He gave superb service and saved me quite a few pounds in the process of getting my dead car fob in a usable second key condition. Full marks!
