Went today to get a new car key and new house keys. Dave was extremely helpful, despite being rushed off his feet, was always willing to help, very polite and social. Great service from Dave, would very much recommend!
Recently got a watch battery replaced. "Jedi Master" was very helpful and took the time to explain the different warranties available. Very pleased
I always get my car key batteries replaced at Timpsons and I have the lifetime offer on them. Saves you a lot of money if you keep your cars for a while. One that I had a lifetime replacement one wasn’t working and didn’t work when the battery was replaced. Instead of giving up, the guy (Jordon) got some tools out and started to play around with the key itself and got it working. We have our keys cut thereto and Jordon is usually the guy that’s serving. He’s always courteous, helpful and did go the extra mile to fix my key. So instead of forking out for a new key, which would have cost a lot of money, I have it working again, under warranty, so it cost me no extra money. A very happy customer.

Nothing short of miracle work, re-heeled my shoes, but also got rid of the scuffs and gave it an amazing polish without me asking so they look brand new, I still cant believe theyre the same shoes!
Quite shocked for the price of simple door key, £8 when I got it for £5 at Formby show repairs, save yourself the extra £3 and give this independent guy the business instead!
Advertises passport photos as a service and opening times 9am- 6pm Arrived at 5:40 to be told that 'I've shut the computer down' Either amend your opening times or work until you're supposed to.
