I don't know what they're doing over there, but it ain't nothing but miracle. One of my jerseys which was deemed uncleanable (there's a bad dye stain too) by every other places, even reddit experts, is now very clean and the stain is gone. I'd 100% recommend.
Shockingly bad service, I have not had this level of service in a long time. Took 2 shirts in to be dry cleaned. Lady behind the counter was very rude, zero social skills. Went in to pick them up a week later and they hadn't even been done for the date on the ticket. No hello, no apology, went back two days later to pick them up and the boy on the counter couldn't find my shirt. Eventually found it crumpled up and asked another boy if he could iron !!! The lad replied yeah haven't for years though - I said can you not, it's silk & very delicate, I will do it myself. Replied with, 'It's not hard to iron like'... I said, I know it isn't I'd just rather do it myself. Bagged them up and paid, just got home and it's stained with new stains. So I've paid full price for a silk shirt to be ruined, not even returned pressed and the other shirt looking worse for wear. Disgusting service, not surprised by your other reviews, how this place is even open & running is beyond me. The woman who runs it is so rude and needs to learn how to speak to people. I will be letting everyone know to avoid this place like the plague! You can tell from her replies that she has an attitude problem. I wish I'd not bothered.
These guys came in absolutely clutch and got out suit and dress cleaned and pressed with a day and a half turnaround time (my fault cos I forgot to get it done earlier). Appreciate the service! 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We didn’t get off to the best of starts because of whatever but what a response from Caroline and her team. They went WAY above what I expected to sort out the problem. Unbelievable service. Highly recommended.

I took two suits to Hydro for dry cleaning, one of which was my dad's for his funeral. They got the suits done for the next day and even repaired some light damage to my dad's trousers. Caroline showed wonderful empathy, kindness and friendliness from the very first minute. Absolutely lovely people. I had to get a suit dry cleaned on short notice and they had had it ready the next day! The person I spoke to on the phone in store was lovey and I cannot recommend them enough
I used this service to dry clean a suit and press a hat for my baby boy’s Christening that had been accidentally stained. The lady was incredibly friendly and helpful when I gave in the clothes and said she would not charge me to press the hat, which was very kind in itself. The clothes were ready to collect well in time for the occasion, and when I went to collect and pay for the items, the lady insisted the entire service on this occasion would be free or charge. I was most grateful for the service and for the very kind gesture and would highly recommend this business to anyone. I will most definitely use this service again.
