Andy was amazing, polite and friendly. He was careful with my furniture when moving it and putting back in place. My carpet looks like new, would highly recommend and use again.

Booked to have our sofa cleaned and re-protected based upon Google reviews. Although the sofa wasn’t particularly dirty, I am very happy with the work completed and would certainly recommend this company. We had to rearrange the date due to an issue that Platinum had with their van but in fact I would say that the early communication of this and the subsequent rearrangement highlighted their excellent customer service too.

Fantastic service. Really informative phone call to establish what I needed and then a thorough clean of my sofa, persevering with a couple of stubborn water marks too! I was amazed at the professional machinery that they have…. Will be using this company again to clean all the carpets in the house very soon!
Had exceptional service from Platinum carpet cleaners today. They spent 5 hours doing the whole house & were meticulous in moving & replacing furniture. A great job & great value for money & we would heartily recommend them.

But the customer care, the friendly, caring and respectful interaction with both Laura and Andy- refreshing and reassuring that there are still real professionals out there. Can’t speak highly enough. Got stains out that I thought would not come out. Our bedroom carpet is a very light beige and now looks new! Highly recommend Platinum!
