Just amazing.. my daughters wedding dress was filthy around the bottom as it poured down on her wedding day Plus, the dress had the odd stain. Susie was fantastic the dress looked brand new after cleaning. I really do recommend their services thanks Susie.

My partner took in my heavily stained white dress this week and I cannot believe how well it has come out! The woman said she was unsure if the stains would come out but that she would try her best and would try a few different things for me. I’m blown away at how good it looks. It literally looks brand new. The staff are so helpful and the service is really quick. Would 100% recommend.

Took a suit in for my Dad to be dry-cleaned not needing it till the weekend and within 2 hours of dropping it off it was ready for collection baring in mind they were super short staffed that day! Amazing service, super fast, easy and lovely staff! Would highly recommend!
I used Smartway a couple of months ago to clean my wedding dress and I can't recommend them enough! I emailed them for a quote and they responded really quickly with a price that was much more competitive than some others I received. When I took my dress in, the lovely staff there actually said it would be a bit cheaper than what they'd quoted as the dress wasn't as intricate as they'd thought. It was ready within a week and it looked absolutely beautiful. All the dirt and stains had come out and the ladies there showed me the dress and checked I was happy with it before I left. Great service at a great price - I would highly recommend Smartway!

Shocking customer service yet again, the old couple are really rude, made to feel like my 6 year old son because I’d forgotten my ticket, it’s not the first time I have been spoken to like this at this business. Had other items that I was dropping off too but after the way I was spoken to I told them I’d be finding another dry cleaner, his responce was “make sure you don’t forget your ticket for them too” can you not give 0 stars! Great service, so helpful and went above and beyond to get my suit done with short notice. Also opened up the shop late for me so I could pick up my suit after working hours. No doubt I will use this service again.
