Mark and his son Calem came to my house to clean a bedroom carpet and did an amazing job. They are so friendly and professional at the same time and pay so much attention to detail. I have no hesitation in recommending their services :-)
Mark did an amazing job of our sofa and 2 chairs. By far the best clean we have had on any furniture. 100% recommended to anyone, nothing was too much trouble. Sofa looks brand new!
Mark came round and cleaned my stairs and landing carpets, my mattress and some curtains as well. The results are fantastic and Mark is friendly, professional and his prices are reasonable as well. Highly recommended.

We initially chose Mark because of the many recommendations on 2 separate Facebook pages where I asked about a local carpet cleaner. We have 3 dogs, and a couple of fresher and older ‘accident’ smells in our living room that we were struggling to remove the smell of, despite having purchased a pet carpet cleaner! Mark quoted us a fair price and guaranteed to get rid of the smell, and advised it may take 2 cleans (and if so he wouldn’t charge us any more). It took 2 attempts to completely get rid of the smell (he nearly got it all up on the first go despite his thorough work), but it was completely gone by round 2! Mark was very thorough, and is *very* dedicated and passionate about his work and his customers, which is really lovely! He is really polite and personable too. We’re so chuffed with the results and can’t thank Mark enough - we will definitely get him back in the future if we have any more mishaps, and for a freshen up of our carpets in other rooms too - they look brand new and smell even better when he’s done with them :) .

Mark came to clean out lounge, hall stairs & landing whilst we were on holiday. Did an Amazing job, so friendly, trustworthy, he’s soo efficient it’s crazy! Two days after our carpets were cleaned (whilst we were on holiday) we had workmen who ruined marks amazing work by traipsing dirty boots through lounge when id advised carpet had been cleaned. They insisted they had dust sheets! Our landlord refused to do anything about this as it was “accidental”. I had been in touch with mark after this to see if he had taken pictures of carpets as I thought we may need proof. Mark insisted on coming back out to go over carpet. I really didn’t want to ask as it’s is his livelihood, but it was making me itch just looking at what they’d done! Mark come back out and not only went over small area damaged but cleaned lounge and hall again for me. This man is a gent and I couldn’t recommend his services any higher! Will definitely be enjoying his service again and want him to do our lounge suite and (probably) :( lounge carpet again before Christmas ( 2 kids & dog)!! What a superb result. We've had different carpet cleaning companies over the years and I'll be keeping Marks number. Almost bone dry in 2 hours. my carpets look amazing again.
