   Sadly, we won’t be coming back. On Thursday morning I called them to ask if they could clean my brand new feather duvet. We have an elderly cat who sadly had an accident on it and I treated the stain straight away. I called them to make sure that wasn’t going to be a problem and the guy on the phone promised me that would be alright. I dropped the duvet off an hour later. Friday afternoon I got to pick it up. I was already very excited since it was so quick, but upon opening the plastic bag the smell of wet dog completely overwhelmed me and the duvet still felt damp. Luckily, the stain was completely gone, but I want to highlight that the duvet did not smell like this at all before. We hung the duvet up to air it out in the bedroom, but nothing helped. Saturday morning we were able to drop it off at the shop again, after they almost refused us saying they’d done everything right by drying it for an hour (keep in mind, feather duvets need to be dried at high temperatures for 2-3 hours to properly dry). Yesterday afternoon, Monday, we were finally able to pick the duvet up again. The smell is slightly better but still strong, but we’ve now had to take the duvet off the bed because both my partner’s and my skin are completely itchy, something that only now happened after using the washed duvet. I understand that they tried, but I feel like if you don’t exactly know how to wash and dry certain things, maybe don’t offer the service. With this our new duvet is completely ruined and I’ve paid for it to be cleaned which also was a waste of money. As annoying as it is, we’ll have to get a completely new duvet again. It’s also worth mentioning that he said they’ve had issues like that before with feather duvets, which just further proves my point. 2 Stars for the staff mainly being nice and then they of course tried fixing the issue.

   He was very accommodating. Picked up my clothes on Sunday, his day off. And delivered them by Monday at 3pm because I needed to be at the airport by 6pm. Very nice and very quick.

   Horrible, horrible experience! I gave in my bed mattress to wash and dry to be picked up on the same day and not a drop of water touched my mattress. Still has dust around it and stain is clear as ever. When I called the guy said he is not going to refund my money back and hung up on me. When I called again he SWORE and hung up again. DONT RECOMMENDED POOR SERVICE POOR MANAGEMENT AND POOR MANNERS

   Great place! Very responsive and very quick collection of our laundry. We had two large bags full and everything was returned to our flat within 24hrs. Nicely washed, pressed and folded. I also appreciated they smelt very clean but not perfume covered as I am sensitize to strong smells. The price was fair as well. Will definitely be using them again and I highly recommend!

   I needed a last minute suit clean (required it to be done for the next morning) for a funeral and tried numerous laundrettes in the area and nobody could help. I was recommended Glasgow Laundry Service by the kind man in the Parade Laundrette and it was no bother at all for them when I arrived. Top quality service, reasonably priced, and the suit looked fantastic when it was collected. Thank you very much!

   Avoid just returned additional Visit 3 . Monday - thought I had found a wee gem . Friendly guy promised me that would have at least 2 shirts I needed ready for Wed after 4PM . Wed - 5pm and the friendly guy not so friendly assured me he told me Thursday . So accept it as a new customer ok mistakes happen. Thur - Ready and look a good job is done. Despite assurances that could pay with Card. No Card machine . Again I go out and withdraw cash. Pick up the clothes amble slowly to my car and go about my day. Get home 9 miles away and discover 5 items of ironing not there. Call the even less friendly guy who casually tells me Ieft them on the counter !!! Seriously what human being or any decent individual would let me walk out realising I had left them on counter. I made that point but No I am only a customer and left them Mea Culpa of course . But here is the point I left my Mobile so why not call me !!! The world is a terrible place just now and honestly some people dont deserve customers. I thought I had found a new place I would spend my money on and support this business. Instead I got hassle , lies and no basic decency at all . Some people may accept this and say so what well for me you need to make a stand and shop in places where the very basic customer service and courtesy is adhered to. Maybe nowadays its too much to ask for .
