   AN UTTER DISGRACE! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I got some bed linen dry cleaned only for it to be returned damp, mangled and even dirtier than before. Absolutely horrible man I gave him the chance to rectify his first attempt only for him then not have it corrected, refused to acknowledge obvious stains & dirt as well as the fact the pillow was fit for the bin after his services. He also admitted using BLEACH on my laundry surely not safe particularly when returned damp & stinking! Horrendous customer service!

   Avoid this manky shop run by a business owner with absolutely no manners, a threatening attitude and the inability to let others speak. If you want your dry cleaning returned destroyed stinking of smoke, weed and general dampness Shehzad is your man! Neighbouring shops and residents all speak about the infestations in his shop and how bad it smells for a laundrette. He’s the epitome of the talk of the steamie!! Shehzad was given multiple opportunities to make the problem ok and he has subsequently buried his head in the sand and avoided my texts, calls, court letters and sheriff visitors. He even went as far dissolving ‘Parkhead Laundry’ to avoid court to refund me £400 for a ski jacket belonging to me that he destroyed by incorrectly washing and tumble drying instead of dry cleaning as requested. Shehzad claims to be out of the country but is seen daily in the shop window. I have attached photos to this review for anyone’s perusal who is thinking of using this filthy unprofessional shop.

   I never write reviews for anywhere but I am honestly surprised how this place has any good reviews. I put a suit in to be dry cleaned for my partner after a night out and didn’t look at it inside the bag until the next time he went to wear it. When he went to put it on it was paired with the wrong jacket. When I went back to the shop to let the man know, he said he did not have my partners jacket. When I explained to him he was responsible for replacing it he was became aggressive and asked me to leave the shop. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

   Strong five stars!! Shez is very kind and cool. He got my clothes squeaky clean and nicely folded. Absolutely would recommend this place, and plan to have it as my go-to laundry spot in Glasgow.
