“Starter: cheese and ham board: very nice, all fresh, olives, honey,ham cheses nuts ets delicious Main: Chicken dish very nice , not dry not at all, was just perfect. Lamb kofta very nice not to spice but not bland just right. Fries perfect crispy outside and soft inside. Fresh herbs from their garden nice touch. They also have vegetarian option and the plate was full of delicious food Beer cold, music great :-) Atmosphere: staff kept asking if we need anything. We all felt very welcome. We will definitely come back”

“The food here is super flavorful and tasty. Best Indian food I have had in nottingham. It's got clean flavors, value for money and the host really cares for the food she makes and its evident from the tasty food. I have tried samosa chat, masala chai and aloo paratha. The samosa is perfectly crisp and the potato filling is really good paired with curd and chickpea curry and chutneys. This place is a must try.”

“Today was my daughters Hen party and we all had a blast. Drinks never stopped food was ace and James who looked after us was so accommodating. He made sure everyone got what they wanted and really looked after the two in our party who were not drinking. It was a great experience and we will deffinitely be back.”

“Ate here on a Saturday evening. Food and drink were excellent. Food was cooked perfectly and served very promptly, with the main course a good time soon after the starters. Staff were very attentive to the empty plates and when drinks were empty. Atmosphere was nice, with several other tables dining at the same time. The one issue that our party had would be the temperature of the room, it was slightly on the cold side, but that could also be because of the time of year.”

“On the 1st of November I had the most incredible 40th birthday party at La Rock. Daiva, Nick and all of the staff absolutely blew myself, my husband and all of the guests away with their exceptional standard of service. Now as regular customers we are used to their high standards but with 55 guests, nearly all of which were drinking they made sure everyone was attended to leaving everyone as impressed as we always are. There was never a queue at the bar, the food was incredible and the way they constantly checked in with me to make sure I was enjoying myself and everything was ok just added to the whole experience. I have the most ridiculously long list of foods I have to avoid and this never seems to be a problem. No matter how complex this gets they take it in their stride and serve me with dishes that look as good as every other guests. Their relaxed and calm manner helped when at times the night became quite overwhelming. I really can not recommend them more highly ❤️”

“Came here for bottomless brunch and had such a great experience! The brown stew chicken was absolutely delicious, and we loved it so much we had to order extra servings of festival—they were divine. The flavors were authentic and reminded us of home. Big shout out to our wonderful server Jenna, who kept the cocktails flowing and made the whole experience even better. The place is lovely inside and out, we were there for dinner tonight (30th December), only thing wrong with the evening was that the table behind us seemed to have a couple seated who were “influencers” (idiots) who seems to be streaming whilst complaining constantly about everything and each other……. I can only hope they catch me in the background scowling at their effort to ruin our and everyone else’s enjoyment of this excellent restaurant.”
