   A chain ‘fast-food’ restaurant serving Japanese/Korean food. Something like Wasabi in London. Not sure about Korean food but definitely more Japanese options like sushi, onigiri, bento sets and hot food such as udon, yakisoba. Excellent for a quick Asian fix. They do make the food fresh on-the-spot upon ordering so you can be sure your noodles are hot and comforting. Ordered the katsu chicken (cutlets) udon. Had to wait a few minutes for it as they make your order fresh. The staff was so kind to offer to serve it to my table when it’s ready instead of letting me wait by the counter. The cutlets were hot, crispy and delicious. Udon soup on a cold, rainy day was just perfect.

   New favorite sushi spot! Kokoro sells basically the same kind of food as YO! Sushi, but the portions here are so much better and the fish tastes fresher. The noodles were also delicious, not dry but full of flavour, and the katsu was amazing. Definitely a step up from the usual chain sushi!

   Excellent value for money - portion sizes are generous. We ordered Beef Bulgogoi, Chicken Teriyaki, and Chicken Katsu Curry - all with noodles. The food was flavourful and well presented. The staff are lovely and very helpful. Seating upstairs was a nice surprise. The atmosphere was ok, which is what you'd s expect for noodle/sushi/bento bar.

   Was a great find and not too expensive in comparison to other places we checked out. Friendly helpful kind and clean service. Totally recommend and worth a visit. Seating upstairs was nice surprise too. Nice clean toilet also.

   Great quality food. It was Fast service and great taste. Will definitely be visiting there again. Fresh and authenticate taste. Had the sweet chilli chicken and the fried chicken goyza. The staff were polite and helpful.

   Amazing sushi!!! The quality of the sushi was so nice, and I love that it’s made to order! And the staff wow!! So so lovely! They gave us samples of food they overheard us discussing, and it was delicious. Absolutely will be back again (and soon) !!!! So happy this has opened in Nottingham!
