   Food was really reasonably priced for the portion sizes. We had 6 plates between the 2 of us and were stuffed. The staff were very friendly and attentive.

   Beautiful food and excellent service! The beef burger was absolutely delicious, one of the best I’ve ever had. The staff were fantastic and very attentive. We asked for the lamb to be cooked a little more for my wife, and it was handled straight away with a smile. A lovely meal all around, highly recommended!

   Probably some of the quickest service we’ve had in an a restaurant to date. Sat down at 18:02, ordered and served all 6 dishes by 18:15. We had so much time left on our booking that we were able to go and have dessert at another place nearby after! Our waiter was great and really attentive. The food was superb and very tasty. The place had a good atmosphere and we really enjoyed our visit.

   Wow! Came for dinner with some friends. Booked a table in advance as they do get pretty busy. Service was great, really attentive. Tables are nice and spacious. We had a bottle of wine, and we pretty much shared all the dishes, I’m pretty sure the menu is seasonal! We went for the Kimchi croquettes which were delicious, tender stem broccoli, which was also surprisingly really good. All dishes were really good, had nothing to complain about. We also shared the miso panna cotta which was also really nice. Overall, will definitely be back. It was all really delish!

   Nice meal. We ordered 6 dishes and had one dessert to share along with a bottle of wine. Total came to 96quid. It was good but to be honest I will not be rushing back, everything was nice though. They also had run out of one of their 2 deserts at 8 o'clock on a Saturday. Bit disappointed. The wine was very nice.

   Seasonal menu, variety of beverages. Best steak and fries in England. The way Marcus cooks food is impeccable. Try the lamb ribs if you can. I will be very surprised if Mesa doesn’t get a Michelin star in the very near future.

   This may very well be the best restaurant in Nottingham. The food was amazing, the staff were lovely, and it wasn't crowded or noisy so we could actually have a conversation! Highlights include the maple carrots, which we got to share and ended up fighting over because they were so good, and the miso cheesecake, a combination that sounds like it shouldn't work but was so tasty I easily could've eaten three. The only downside is that they were out of one of the dishes...but it gives us an excuse to come back here again!
