   Wow! What an experience we had. We opted for the overnight stay, allowing us to experience the tasting menu plus breakfast the following day and it was definitely worth the stay. The service was impeccable! From stepping through the door for checking-in through to the moment we left, the staff were attentive and really made the stay feel special. The food was just incredible, so many experiences within the food through services changes, it was just delightful ❤️ Would highly recommend if you're looking for top quality food with fab service, the stay was worth it and something we'd love to do again ✨

   We recently attended RSB and it was a experience we will never forget. From front of house to kitchen, our day was flawless. We were treated to an upgrade and sat in the kitchen with Megan "pastry chef" she was warm and welcoming. Our sommelier was Andre, his knowledge and passion for wine shined and ensured he brought each flavour of our wine to match to our food. Anna took us into the herb Garden for a special pizza and champagne course, Anna was so friendly and kind. She put us at ease and told us stories about her dog while feeding us the best pizza we've ever had! Each of our courses were served by the Chefs who cooked them, Felix, Dan and Anna. After we finished we were invited into the main kitchen to eat our final pudding which was delicious. All the food we had on the day was outstanding, nothing like we had tried before. Stand out moments, girolle tart, the scallops, the popcorn pudding, pizza, my seas bass and Emma's grouse...the list is endless and it's etched In our mind forever. It was great to meet John and thank him and the team for our special day. Hopefully we'll have the pleasure of coming again. Credit to all the staff, you were simply the best x

   We were looking forward to our stay and dinner for weeks as it was part of our vacation and we were not a bit disappointed. The whole team made us feel very welcome from beginning to end and accommodated to all our wishes. The room itself was cozy and relaxing. Of course we also had the tasting menu and chose to go with the "Overture" courses. We loved the food, which was local, of very high quality and exceptionally well composed as a menu. Special thanks to Josh, who made us feel at ease and contributed to a relaxed atmosphere, which we highly appreciated. Also the surprise in the green house was an excellent idea and seeing Sat himself at the end just made it perfect. Thank you all and if we weren't living as far as Hamburg, we would definitely return again!

   An amazing out of this world Anniversary treat an overnight stay and full tasting menu experience. I could never find enough wonderful words to describe how much we enjoyed our visit. The service and staff were fantastic over and above any normal experience. But the food deserves its own range of superlatives the chef's are without doubt incredibly talented and a credit to Sat Baines ( who was in the kitchen) If you ever want to try an unforgettable experience this is it well done and thank you.

   Lunch The pinnacle of Nottingham's restaurants. It's been a while since we visited our local fine dining gaff in Lenton. Managed to get a last-minute table. It's always worth checking availability for somewhere that is booked up months in advance. If you're flexible on dates and times, you could strike lucky as we did. Words really can't describe the experience of dining in one of the finest restaurants in the UK. Service is very slick and unpretentious, with friendly,charming staff. The menu changes seasonally and is absolutely faultless,from the presentation to the delicious tastes. We'll let the pics do the talking. They currently have two Michelin ⭐️⭐️. Could this be the year they get another. We know this is not in everyone's price range dining out. But if you want a truly memorable experience, it is so worth it. You will remember it for many years, long after the price is forgotten.

   Amazing experience at Restaurant Sat Bains. We found the staff were knowledgeable and attentive without being overbearing and stuffy. The food was adventurous but delicious. We were advised on a few wines by our sommelier which worked perfectly with the food. Overall, I would give Restaurant Sat Bains a solid 5 stars. It is truly a dining experience not to be missed, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a special night out.

   I've travelled the world and went to multiple fine dining restaurants. I've never been a fan of British cuisine. Personally, I've always found it bland and lacks heart. Therefore I've put off going to Sat Bains for a while. However, it was the 10 year anniversary with my wife and she asked to give it a try. Upon walking in, the restaurants gave a cosy atmosphere which is exactly what I needed. We opted for the 10 course meal and I was delighted and intrigued with every plate offered. I was happy to be proven wrong. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and friendly and I enjoyed conversing with Peter about wine. It was nice meeting the head chef Sat Bains who was welcoming and had a fantastic sense of humor. The price ranges from around 200 Pounds per person which is ideal for what you're going to experience. I'd definitely recommend a visit for an important occasion.

   Dined here last night and stayed over. The tasting menu was delicious as was the matching wines. Our sommelier was fantastic and really enthusiastic. She had great passion and made the experience so much more enjoyable. The staff were attentive without being over the top. They were all happy to chat about the food and all had such great knowledge of the menus! The room was comfortable and breakfast was amazing too. Made to feel very welcome and each dish was amazing. Definitely worth the money. Thank you!

   Superb from start to finish. Stayed and loved the dinner, the breakfast and the room. Couple of tiny niggles in the room, but didn't detract from a premium experience. The food, the service, the gardens - all delivered what you'd expect for the price and the 2 stars
