“Ate here on a Saturday evening. Food and drink were excellent. Food was cooked perfectly and served very promptly, with the main course a good time soon after the starters. Staff were very attentive to the empty plates and when drinks were empty. Atmosphere was nice, with several other tables dining at the same time. The one issue that our party had would be the temperature of the room, it was slightly on the cold side, but that could also be because of the time of year.”

“The atmosphere gets you to a proper Thailand restaurant. However, I would get the music a bit lower. Food is very good and it is like the 3rd time I have gone in less than 2 months in Nottingham. Definetly recommend!”

“Had heard good things about Chai Yo Thai so when craving a Pad Thai recently we decided to give it a go. What a brilliant decision. We each had the Saturday lunch deal and went for a honey and lemon tea each to go with it. The tea was delicious and sweet and the food was equally as good. My satay skewer starters were tender and beautifully charred and the sauce was fantastic. The Pad Thai main was equally as good. Portion sizes were very good too and the service was excellent. Now we've tried Chai Yo Thai we'll definitely be back again rather than going to the larger chain restaurants - the food and value is so much better.”

“Had a meal booked with my partner as we were staying the night a few doors down. Service was flawless. Very attentive and friendly and ensuring we had our water topped up. Food was absolutely delicious and flavourful. Very reasonably priced :) Had the prawn crackers, cocktail soup (enjoyed it so much forgot to take a photo until the last few mouthfuls), mocktail, chips, sweet and sour chicken and coconut rice.
