   Went to Lobster Pot in Nottingham on 02/12/2025 with my partner and had a great time. Even though we arrived during a busy period, the staff quickly managed to sort out a table and provided really good service throughout. The food was nice, and the ambience added to the overall experience. They also have good saver menu options, which let us enjoy the dishes without breaking the bank. Some of the other items are a bit pricey, but they look really good and worth trying next time. Overall, a very enjoyable visit!

   First time here and will definitely be back. Me and my boyfriend decided to celebrate our 1st year anniversary here and the seafood was amazing we ordered the shellfish platter for 2 and just wow! Definitely recommend for seafood lovers.

   Booked an early table (mainly due to having two kids!) but noticed how quickly the tables filled in the first hour so glad we booked. There were 6 of us, and had a sharing starter platter and the main seafood platter. Everything (and yes, I tried absolutely everything) was delicious on both plates. Service was quick, warm and very welcoming. The only criticism I had was that the pork belly was not as crispy as I had hoped and was a bit on the dry side (The sauce and rice on that dish were excellent however). And literally everything else was perfect. Highly recommended for a cozy date night or for small groups looking to get the sharing platter!

   A wonderful Thai and seafood fushion restaurant. Reasonably priced and superb quality. The king prawn Pad Grapao was phenomenal - however it is spicy! Be warned. The tuna steak wasn’t my fave but I think I prefer the Thai style dishes over the seafood options by themselves. The sharing platter was lovely with the option to swap things out as we didn’t eat meat. Lovely evening and would definitely come back!

   Fantastic experience. As much as we loved the food, I first have to say the service was excellent. We are very thankful to such a great team. Absolutely amazing lobster, fresh oysters. Enjoyed the food so much starting from the starters, lobsters, oysters and finishing with their most popular desserts. The place itself is very cozy. Everything is thought of. Love and highly recommend.

   A fantastic seafood experience. The staff were super friendly, the food was amazing and the atmosphere for a Wednesday night was also great. As a seafood lover we found the menu hard to choose from as we wanted everything. We had the ultimate platter, oysters and a swordfish dish. The mistake we made when ordering the platter was not having ‘stodgy’ sides as it didn’t quite fill me. I’d recommend ordering with starters and / or filling sides. The only challenge is parking, the Victoria centre north was the closest I found, an 8 min walk from there. Overall, we loved it, we’d definitely go back - a proper seafood gem!
