We had an amazing time at TGIs, our server Alexa went above and beyond. She was so friendly and helpful and made sure all our guests were happy. The service was incredible and noteworthy and I highly recommend the food :)
1-star because I can not rate 0 stars. Ordered online two glazed burgers and both of them were overgrilled to a point where it was dangerous to consume. Would never go near this place again.
Saturday evening meal, served by Alexa Table straight away, drinks sorted quickly & checked if & when we were ready to order. Not waiting long for our meal…. Great time
Had an absolutely amazing experience here with my partner twice. Servers lovely and food took a little longer than usual but gave us drinks and desert on the house and we didnt even notice it had been that long of a wait! Beth was our server she was absolutely lovely and the floor manager aswell. Will definatly return! :)
Brilliant service. Waiter was friendly, checked in to make sure everything was ok. Took notice when run out of drinks so you didn’t have to chase anyone for another drink. Quick service. Reasonable priced. Portions are massive. To big for me to stomach my meal but just because I didn’t finish it all doesn’t mean it wasn’t nice as food was lovely. Definitely return here.
Amazing food and service. The lad who served us was amazing. We had refilled drinks, and he never let them go empty. He didn't overly come over but made sure we had everything. Best service we have ever had in a restaurant. The food we had was so nice. We will definitely be going again with the family. 10/10.
Went for a birthday meal in a group of 7. 2 people had allergies and the manager handled these the best he could, but did come across abrupt/a little rude at times (I think he was a bit nervous and perhaps was masking with humour, but the humour was a bit close to the bone and not necessarily appreciated). Our waitress was fantastic and was quick to clear plates and refill drinks - being there without being there. I used to eat at TGIs regularly but haven't been for a long time - personally I think the quality and portions have decreased, whilst the price has increased.
Popped in for a quick mid week meal, our server was clearly new and a bit slow but took our order and got everything spot on. Food was hot and fresh. The manager / shift leader was excellent, continually coaching and guiding his team and out of ear shot of customers he spotted when drinks were low and we had been waiting for the bill and pointed it out quietly to our server.
Brilliant cocktails, fantastic food and excellent service. Very happy with my visit and happy with the price too. We were served by Alfie who was very happy to cater to every request and since I mentioned about how delicious the Legendary Sauce is, he sent me home with some! Thank you! My only minor complaint is that it was chilly in the restaurant. Our table was not near the door but we kept getting a draft whenever folk came in. There are two sets of doors, which should mean that is minimised but the outer door was notched open.
We love TGI's as you can really trust the Gluten Free menu and we've never had a problem with any reaction! There is plenty of parking within easy reach and the disabled parking is very close by. The service was excellent today and Megan was very attentive, bright and bubbly. We've been before and will go again. In a Covid world this restaurant has high ceilings and seems to have good ventilation. The only downside today, was the table wasn't as clean as I would have hoped, hence 4 stars instead of 5.
