What a disappointing experience First the prices are too high and they wonder why people aren't going. It was the new Avatar and it was about 20% full Secondly the toilets were poor, no loo paper (sorry) in one and a broken seat in another Lastly I ordered to buy 3D glasses but was told as we checked in we could take used ones and claim a refund when we got out . Well I had to clean these supposedly cleaned glasses during the film and coming out they supposedly had closed the till !!!, 23:30 and could give a refund and when I suggested I keep the glasses I was told they had to be returned as the were "special Dolby" glasses - I thought Dolby is about sound !!!! THIS WAS A SCAM

I had a showing tonight and it got cancelled, were we notified? Nope. Luckily I went to check the tickets for the seat while I was half way to the cinema to find out there is no booking and the showing for 23:00 got taken off completely. Why not let us know so we don’t waste our time travelling to the cinema? We have limitless plus so didn’t pay in this instance but would someone else have been refunded? Nope. The cinema is getting worse and worse with toilets never clean and always out of order. Also the past few times the chairs have not been cleaned so not sure what is going on but we will be cancelling our membership as it is not worth it anymore.

The reclining seats are great and there's a good amount of leg space. But the iSense screen is filthy. Not the best way to watch WICKED FOR GOOD at all. I wish we'd waited for it to come out on 4k.

We had some free tickets to use so went twice in one day! Not much choice for an 11yr old to see so we saw 2 old movies (Hocus pocus and back to the future) I doubt we would have gone if we didn't have free tickets. Seats are comfortable and it wasn't busy.

Excellent cinema if you want to enjoy real experience. Comfy seats and screen for the premium one. Expensive though but all worth it. The food is good too. Clean seats and recliners seats excellent for the movie experience. I would recommend the premium recliner seats. All worth it.

More supervision needed, having already had a poor opinion on cinemas with people being selfish, talking throughout etc. I paid £40 for 2 tickets on a Friday the 17th of February at a late showing, the film was 3 hours long and the people in D8 and D7 of the titanic filming talking none stop for the entire 3 hours. Apart from when one of them when for a toilet break. There needs to be a way of reporting and banning these people from future visits. I just wanted to watch my film that I paid good money for not to hear how much illegal substance they’re going to partake in or how they could have survived the sinking. Just a disappointing experience to an already poor opinion on cinemas.

Sadly seat prices have rocketed and in Feb 2023 we were charged £19 each for a non 3d screening. No discounts are available. Such a shame as the new ring road makes it a good location and an easy journey. Cinema very empty and I’m not surprised at these prices. There are better priced options.

A great cinema with different screening options. Really comfy and adjustable seats. Also a good selection of food and drink on sale. Fairly new and modern.

Went there in a Sunday afternoon and it was pretty empty so pretty comfortable. The seat is very good, reclinable sofa with a little table for your snack plus the arm rest can be push back if you are couple. We enjoyed our experience there a lot. The parking is a bit difficult for us to find as that was the first time for us to be there and the position on Google map seems wrong(2022 April)Try locate the "podpoint charging station" or "Next" then you can find the parking that shares with retail and walk to the cinema.

Even with a Vue IMAX screen less than a 5 min walk from the door, the Atmos sound and dual 4k projector quality of the Dolby Screen (Screen 2) makes the trip worthwhile. All seats are equal and premium recliners. Experienced a lot of great cinema setups over the years but this one is the best by far.
