Dined for Christmas last night with my work team and gosh!first of all the seating position provided is not great ,at the corner close to kitchen and menβs toilet ,far from music and where things are happening ,waiting time was too long ,vegetables served were not properly cook(sprout was hard like raw)even after specifically given written instructions about cooking all my food properly, also their was a thing about surphodioxide allergy that the manager came to chat about that heβs sorry he canβt sort out ,my question is why is that on website when you canβt obviously meet the requirements,Gravy should have been placed separately and not on the whole food ,portion size for Β£41 (3course meal )is too small, colleagues desserts were frozen in the middle (cheese cake),no reception atall at the restaurant, one has to step out to use mobile phone as their wifi is not working,Overall experience is not great, never returning .

What an amazing experience! Charlie looked after us so well, and made our afternoon thoroughly enjoyable. Despite the bank holiday rush, we still had a steady stream of drinks for our bottomless brunch, and the food was absolutely delicious. Thank you, Charlie!

We recently hosted a private retirement event at this venue, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. The communication in the lead-up to the event was exceptionalβevery question was answered promptly, and the team made planning incredibly smooth. They were also flexible and accommodating with our special requests, ensuring that every detail was tailored perfectly to our needs. On the night itself, the customer service was truly top-notch. Staff were attentive, friendly, and proactive, which made the whole evening run seamlessly and allowed us to relax and enjoy the celebration. Our guests had a fantastic time! Highly recommended for anyone looking to host a memorable and stress-free event!

A lovely atmosphere, i definitely recommend the bottomless brunch. It was such a lovely experience. The staff are so friendly and attentive and the toilets were lovely and clean. A very rustic vibe but in the best ways.

Room and service were lovely (we had the nicest waiter ever) but the food was disgraceful. We paid Β£90 for fork BUFFET for 6 people (Β£15pp) . The food could feed maybe 3 people and turns out it was not a buffet because the food was not "refillable" like what a buffet is - once it's gone, it's gone. I would have paid less than Β£30 for the food we got given. Just look at the photo attached, need I say more?

What a beautiful venue! Lovely decor, seating comfortable and music loud enough to listen to but not to overpower. The menu was good and we had a tasty meal. Our server Lucas was brilliant- attentive but not intrusive. Will definitely return. A bonus for me was the access ramp and accessible bathroom.

This is a really nice place to go in Leeds if you are looking for somewhere more upmarket. The interior was beautifully decorated and it had a great atmosphere. The drinks were nice as a whole, although slightly above average price for Leeds, especially considering there are cheaper places close by, but they did have a 2-4-1 offer on selected cocktails which were lovely. I wouldn't go here every weekend but it was a nice change of pace and atmosphere from the usual places I go to, and I would go again as a treat.

Really nice bar and restaurant. The staff were good. We kept ordering cocktails and rather than make us wait would bring them to us when they were ready. Decent beer and drink selection. With some interesting cocktails. The outdoor area is nice, although prefer the space at Greek street where the atmosphere is a bit more lively. Had some of the side plates of food and they were all really good, the ribs and chicken in particular.

Appalling food and service yesterday at afternoon tea. 90 minutes before any food was brought out. Tea was served but no milk or sugar until 20 minutes later. Stale sandwiches. Scones so hard you could have injured someone with them and tiny amounts of jam and cream provided to go with them. Complaints were ignored. Inedible food that was sent back wasn't replaced. No refunds or complimentary drinks offered to compensate. Avoid like the plague! Edit: The response from Lost & Found below is a generic response that they seem to have put on every negative review. They have not made any effort to reach out to me about this. Without any discussion with me and without so much as an apology, they have refunded Β£5 per head. This is frankly an insult. We paid Β£18.95 a head, so even taking the refund into consideration I've paid Β£13.95 for one cup of black tea and a slice of chocolate brownie no bigger than my little finger. I'm even more disgusted than I was to start with. This is a shocking attitude and shows a complete lack of customer service. I will be taking it further.

What a wonderful venue. We had our first wedding reception of the day in the board room here. If you do a buffet... You get A LOT of food and it was all so tasty! Great service, fab drinks. Thanks to the whole team for making such a lovely, memorable day β€οΈ
