   Went there on a Saturday evening with no booking - had to wait an hour to get a table but we waited and was worth the wait! Would recommend ordering 3-4 dishes per person. All of the food was amazing. Would highly recommend the calamari and the tortilla. The aioli was amazing and complimented every food. The server was great with my peanut allergy and they asked if I had any tolerances after confirming our order.

   Great dining experience overall, staff were super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the food that they are currently offering that we ended up ordering all of their Specials for the evening. Food overall was great but not as good as I expected as there were a few things that needs improving such as, the Octopus with the Black ink Risotto (part of the Specials) was almost perfect if the Octopus meat wasn’t too chewy, which meant it could’ve been overcooked than it needed it to be. Thus, Ambiente is one of my favourite Tapas-style Restaurants to go to specially during Summertime as it provides the perfect ambience and atmosphere during this time of the year. They also offer a wide range of Wine selection that truly goes well with the cuisine, as well as to match every guest’s preference. Thank you Ambiente for providing us with such good service and made our evening truly memorable.

   Absolutely loved this, this was my first experience with Spanish tapas and was quite confused with the menu not knowing what anything was but after randomly selecting a range of mini tapas and ordering both the meat and the seafood paella to share with everyone no one was disappointed. Amazing view of Leeds dock by our table and we loved the ability to stand out on the balcony whenever we needed some fresh air. Highly recommend for a family dinner or perfect for a date

   Visited for my husband's birthday. Staff were very warm and welcoming throughout. We were told to order as we went along but we couldn't help just ordering all our plates at once. Every single plate was delicious and my husband even chose to have a second portion of mussels whilst I enjoyed a dessert. Definitely a must visit when in Leeds. Extremely good value for money.

   Considering the cost, I would only give Ambiente 3 stars for the food 2 stars for the interior design but 4 stars for the customer service. Writing as someone who is prejudiced in favour of historic buildings, the interior decor could never pay full compliment the beauty of the original stonework. Definitely 5 stars for the building itself and the picturesque balcony view. I'd recommend an evening sitting to best appreciate the scenery that it offers.

   It was our first visit. The overall experience is beyond our expectations. The tapas were delicious, served fresh and hot. We can't recommend their Paella enough. It was so flavourful, and the chicken was marinated well. This can share between four people. The waiter recommended 3-4 tapas per person. However, if you ordered a Paella, two tapas per person should be more than enough. We can't wait for our next visit. It can get very busy, so book ahead to avoid disappointment. This is also a dog-friendly restaurant. You are welcome to bring your fur kids indoors.

   Probably the best tapas from Leeds! Came here on the recommendation of a friend, and I don’t regret it. The waiter who served us, knew what he was doing, went with us through the menu and the wine options. Customer service 10/10! The food taste, smell, plating 10/10! I was well impressed by the food taste, and their desserts are from a different planet. The best part is at the end: not expensive at all, taking in account the restaurant position, and the food quality. Definitely this became my favourite place!

   WOW! Quite possibly the BEST Tapas we've had. Ever. All dishes we had were AMAZING! It was a last minute decision to come here as we were just passing. So glad we did. It is now our favourite Tapas place. Staff very friendly and good speed on food and drinks. 5/5 for everything. We eat out a lot so know good food, you really won't be disappointed!
