   Car broke down and was told to take car here by Vauxhall warranty. Refused to take car and if anything laughed at the problem. Then approached the car mob handed to move car. This scared my frail mother. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

   Shockingly bad, booked in for a vehicle check. Received a confirmation email and follow up call from the team. Brought my car in and then they said they didn't have my details on the system, very unhelpful they just said you need to get the name of the person who called despite me showing them the confirmation email. Tried calling back to get the name of the person and got the same unhelpful person who answered.

   Very poor communication. Reserved a car to be then told car had already been sold. Waited and waited to be refunded my deposit of £500 at the one of writing this it had still not been refunded to my account. In all 11 calls made in one morning, three of which were made after being told someone would call me back. Would NOT recommend .
