   I am very disappointed with my experience. I booked a package of six sessions. I used three sessions and still had three remaining. However, when I visited today, I was told that my remaining sessions had expired. When I first joined the clinic, I specifically asked about expiration, and I was told that I could still use the sessions even after one year. In fact, I did use sessions after one year before, so I was very surprised to hear that the rules had changed, or that I was given incorrect information. At no point was I informed that the sessions would expire, and I did not receive any reminder or notification about an expiration date. If the policy has changed, customers should be clearly informed. Because of this situation, I believe it would be fair to either refund the unused sessions or provide proper reminders before expiration. I am very disappointed with how this has been handled.

   I had a very disappointing experience at the Leeds branch. I was refused treatment in a way that felt discriminatory, as the explanation focused on my ethnicity rather than an individual skin assessment. I have a light skin tone (equivalent to Fitzpatrick Type II), and the same type of laser equipment is commonly used in clinics in South Korea for people with similar skin tones. Despite this, my appointment was cancelled. When I suggested a patch test as a reasonable way to address any safety concerns, this option was not offered or accepted, and no alternative assessment was provided. As a result, my time and expenses were wasted, and I left feeling unfairly treated. I hope the clinic reviews how suitability is assessed and ensures customers are evaluated individually and professionally, without assumptions. Update: For clarity, no clinical test, device-based assessment, or patch test was performed prior to my skin being labelled as Fitzpatrick III. During the recorded telephone call, I was told that Korean clients are classified as Type III without testing, and in person my skin type was determined based on appearance alone. I have written manufacturer guidance from Candela confirming that ethnicity is not a contraindication, that Fitzpatrick II–III are approved, and that patch testing is recommended where there is uncertainty. I am seeking accuracy and transparency, not conflict.

   I have been going here for years for laser hair removal. If you’re debating whether to get a laser hair removal or not, just do it. The staff are friendly and professional. The location is ideal if you live in the city centre and the price is reasonable. Highly recommended.

   I've had laser hair removal sessions for awhile now here and I've had great results! After 12 sessions I barely get any hair growth anymore, I'm now doing just my top up sessions twice a year when I can buy them on sale. The staff is always friendly and quite knowledgeable. Shout out to Lindsay today who's been really friendly and nice but also gave me some really valuable information which I wish I knew earlier x

   Always so lovely to come here - I’m in and out within 15 mins, greeted with a smile, and can chat to any of the lovely ladies about anything at all - it’s never awkward! Better still, there’s usually deals on so easier on the wallet than other laser places nearby! I started treatment in May and have seen such a huge reduction since, having consistently gone every 4 weeks. Can’t recommend enough!

   Getting my full face and underarms lasered from here. Price is unbelievably low compared to any other clinic in Leeds. To be honest I really loved their service they took the time to inform me of the little bits twice ( first on the consultation day and then again on the day of the treatment ). They also make sure and check with you the pain level as the treatment is going to make you feel less uncomfortable. Prior to my first treatment Jenny helped me calm down cause I was really nervous which made me feel quite safe and helped with the overall treatment being smooth.
