   Part of Go Outdoors, decent selection and staff were friendly. They helped me find the right shoes and before me helped one women with loads of shoes on floor demonstrating they are helpful and receptive. Will always go to go outdoors and happy they now have Runners Need as an extra add in (as wasnt there when I last went some time ago)

   Very patient staff who really take the time to get to know your trainer needs. I visited a few times to ask questions and look at different running shoes and was given the same great service. El was particularly helpful. I didn’t purchase from there in the end due to not having the shoes I needed but I will definitely return again.

   Booked in for the gait analysis and came away from the experience a little cold, despite being paired up with some shoes in the end. Analysis itself was interesting but the assistant seemed a little put out and generally unenthusiastic about answering questions or making sure the shoes fit correctly. Might have just been an off day but it was a shame as it dampened the experience a little. My in-store collection timeframe was also a fair bit longer than I'm sure I was told and I was met with some resistance over a discount code I had. Again, not big deals in isolation but it added to the general dissatisfaction. Only worth doing if you're for sure going to be buying shoes. Certainly wouldn't want to spend £15 on the experience.

   We went in for gait testing today as I was unsure as to whether I was wearing the incorrect shoes. Rebecca was so helpful and helped me select a pair of NB 1080v12 after showing me and discussing various brands and answering my girlfriend’s questions about her running shoes. Will definitely return for my next pair of shoes!

   The shop is fantastic, however the service from the staff member Corrie is next to none! His knowledge and service is amazing, what a joy it is shopping with staff members like that! Thank you Corrie you made my shopping experience not only so I understandable but I left the shop feeling like I had learned something and needed up with the product that I wanted!! Amazing service!!
