   I visited Spencer and Broadhead to seek help with a troublesome aircon system in my Mondeo. I'd had it in somewhere else for repair 3 visits and 3 charges. Each time he found a different problem. He failed to find the actual cause of the leak in the system. The team here found it without problem. Also my parking sensors refused to function properly, again different garages had had the system plugged in to their diagnostic testers and come up with different degrees of problems found but not been enthusiastic about actually doing the repair. One place wanted to fit 4 new sensors to fix the issue. No problem for Dave and his team, fault found (wiring fault, no new sensors)and sorted in quick time, all for a very reasonable charge. Don't hesitate to use these lads, you won't be disappointed.

   Cannot recommend this garage enough. David and his team have been absolutely amazing during the repair. My O/S/F brake flex pipe failed and split causing my brakes to fail. Luckily I was stopped at red lights near home and not driving 70mph down the M1! I pulled over safely and investigated the problem. Having a fair bit of knowledge about cars, I immediately realised what had happened... brake fluid dripping on the floor and brake pedal sinking. I called RAC rescue and they were brilliant. The RAC technician recommended Spencer And Broadhead as they are RAC approved. I can tell why. During my car repairs I was informed of each step, was told exactly what was happening daily. David recommended changing the opposite side brake flex pipe too as it looked cracked and to prevent any future brake failure which is a scary thought! Once the pipes were fitted, Dave and his team tried to bleed the OSF caliper but rust and corrosion had sheered off the bleed nipple so a new caliper was required. The car is 19 years old so what do you expect? Other garages would have charged me extra labour costs but Dave kept the price fair and even fitted the new caliper without extra charge! Brilliant. It's hard to trust garages, especially this day and age where everyone wants to rip you off but Spencer And Broadhead are legitimate and honest. I'll be coming here for any further garage needs and Mot's from now on! Can't recommend them enough.

   I cannot recommend this garage and the team enough. I have VERY limited  knowledge when it comes to cars, and have always felt awkward  attending a garage until I started using Spencer and Broadhead.( It was actually the Rac breakdown man that recommended them) This is my 4th year with them ....the service is always professional, 100% trustworthy and they go beyond the expected level of customer care. I took my car for its MOT last week. They couldnt do enough to accommodate my working shifts and finding the most cost effective outcome. Thank you so much, 5 star service yet again.....see you next year lol
