On the evening Simon our driver picked us up in the S-class Mercedes. His driving ability and high levels of service made us feel so comfortable and we could relax. The end of the journey required an extreme level of skill due to the single track road. In such a big car, in the dark, on an unfamiliar road, I would not wanted to do it. Simon was superb! The car was ready in a timely manor and professionally dealt with. Even produced pictures of the old parts and also pictures of brakes and other parts/ components that he checked as part of the service. I couldn't recommend him more. “Rycroft absolutely saved our day today as we tried to turn the car on at our Airbnb but it wouldn't turn over! After trying to jumpstart it still wouldn't work. After calling around all the big names to which they didn't help us or gave us a number for companies which didn't do non commercial vehicles (we have a domestic car so not helpful...) We called Rycroft to which they came out within 2 hours, fixed the issue and gave us a fair price for the work! Turns out it was an issue with the key/chip in the key and not the battery (which we thought that's what it was) brilliant knowledge and customer service. We are now on route to our 5 hour drive home. He even offered to check our oils and everything for the long drive home. Would recommend any day! Thank you!”

Vehicle reversed into another, clipping bumper & chipping paint. Quoted from photos & even came out to check, reasonably priced & cheaper than the others locally. “Update - as we're now into June it's been 7 months since first dealing with Mick and his fantastic mechanics. There were a few electrical issues such as air con faulty, charging socket not working and a dashboard warning light but each has been rectified without fuss under the warranty that came with the purchase price. I can honestly say I can't ever imagine wanting to buy a car or have repairs carried out anywhere else! Original review - I bought a 2012 Scenic in November 2023 and I have to say I'm really happy with Queens Service Station. As with all used cars there's the fear of buying a lemon, but Mick is a genuinely friendly and helpful chap. Being self employed my car is my job so it's great to have peace of mind should the worse happen as the car came with a 3 month warranty. Would highly recommend and have no doubt will use again, especially with kids getting to the age of passing their tests!”
