I booked easily through the online system for my MOT & Service. Once the job was completed I received a link via text message to pay online. Great communication throughout the day. And so easy to book and pay.
I highly recommend this garage! The team are very friendly and professional, and they even offer a few great perks—free coffee and tea, plus an MOT viewing area where you can sit back and relax with a drink while they take care of your car or van.Come across few issues while they was doing MOT but that didn’t stop them they sort my van and I on the road again. Just had an outstanding experience at Niche Autos in Wakefield! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly and made to feel welcome. The reception area is lovely, and I was promptly attended to and asked if I needed any extra help beyond my booking. The diagnostic work was done quickly, and I appreciated being given the option to wait or come back later—I chose to wait in their cosy reception room. Having a coffee machine available was a real treat; I enjoyed a latte while I waited. Daniel was fantastic, keeping me informed about the diagnostic results and outlining the next steps clearly. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with the service and professionalism at Niche Autos. This will definitely be my go-to garage from now on!
Always great service and friendly. Very competitive pricing compared to other garages. Squeezed my car in for Mot Saturday and went the extra mile during its test. Dan and Jerry at Niche Autos are the best. When other garages mess things up I turn to them. They’ve taken me back too many times. I’ve learnt my lesson now. It’s worth driving the extra mile to get the car fixed properly. As a woman I feel safe and happy going to Niche Autos without the usual fear of being ripped off.
