“I was dubious at first, because I heard it all before! But I was pleasantly surprises, my sales rep was Richard and I told him id had a bad expectance somewhere else and was in the process of returning a car. Richard was a blessing he understood my current situation and didn't give me ant BS, I new I wouldn't pass as top tier Finance due to previous mistakes in my life, Richard guided me though the process and kept me fully informed and made the hole prosses painless, I wasn't excepted buy the main finance company's (I new this) so the company that could help me required me to choose a vehicle for the application, I had one in mind anyway, the prosses was simple and after getting a offer in place I had a quick call from the lender which went well and I'd passed, this process took about 2hrs in total and I left having chosen my car and finance secured, within a few hour the finance company had paid for the car and my new car was sent for prep, new MOT we had agreed on some body work to be touched up which is minor TBH but hey you get what you can don't you, Collection day and final bit of paper work to be done warranty and what not, I wasn't happy with the touch up and it didn't match so I showed Richard it and TBH he wasn't as well and got a manager to look who agreed and apologised, the car was booked straight back in to have the work done after my holiday which gives me time to have a good run out, Richard and Mark where great 10 out of 10, fingers crosses I have years of trouble free motoring.. thanks again guy's”

“I recently took my old bike to halfords to get some repairs done. On arrival I was greeted with friendly staff who were very helpful and took time to look at my bike and discus my options and was told it wasn't viable to repair and would cost as much as to purchase a pre loved bike at there store. I was informed of my options and best bike for me and my use. Apon this I was happy to purchase a bike from halfords. I was informed that they would check it over for me and make any adjustments and add some additional accessories to it for me. Within an hour I got a call to say that it's ready for collection. I'm so pleased with my bike and very fortunate to have have a place near me that I can go for future repairs and accessories and sound advice and good value. Staff are always there to help in any way they can. I can strongly recommend halfords to anyone.”
