   Normally I take my car always to BMW but it needed 2 new front tires and Kwick fit location was ideal in my busy schedule to have it done. The service with booking and timing was perfect but I noted the day after pick up that my tire pressure monitoring system was not working. Would have thought staff would check that after a tire renewal. Due to time pressure I managed only about 4 weeks later for BMW to have a look. It needed a new pressure sensor on one of the tires which was changed as it was damaged. Unfortunately 130£ extra cost. So if you have a top of the range car, go to a trusted garage.

   I was not told at the time of booking that it would take over an hour to fit 2 tyres. Also the wrong tyres were booked in to be fitted. Thankfully the correct tyres were in stock to fit. Also the guy fitting the tyres left grubby marks all over the car. I had to be asked for them to clean them off. They also carried out a “vehicle health check” which was not asked for. They do this to truck you in to getting more work done.

   Avoid! Use a local garage instead. I went for a air con recharge. I booked it online using the Kwik Fit webiste, I put in my car reg and paid. When I arrived at the Kwik Fit they told me I booked wrong and had to pay an extra £100+ to get the correct gas. They recharged and "checked the system". Explained all ok and off I went. In a few weeks the system had lost its gas. I went bac again and they recharged however this was supposed to be free. The manager wasnt happy that a staff member offered the free recharge and was adamant he could charge me. In the end after I pushed back and didnt pay. Not long after the aircon gas went again. I took it to a local garage and there was a fault in the system. They fixed the fault for less than £100 and restored my aircon. Kwik Fit rely on being a recognised name to charge over the odds prices. Consider all your options before being taken for a ride by these chancers.

   I recently visited Kwik-Fit Dewsbury, Webster Hill, and I want to give a huge shout-out to Gary for the exceptional help I received. I had some concerns about my tyres, so I called ahead, and Gary didn’t hesitate — he said “pop in, we’ll check and make sure you're safe.” That meant a lot. When I arrived, Gary spent time checking each tyre carefully, answering all my questions, giving me excellent advice, and importantly reassuring me that everything was good. This is what quality customer service looks like: someone who listens, who takes time to make you feel safe, who doesn’t try to upsell just for the sake of it, but who genuinely cares about your safety. Gary’s professionalism, kindness, and reassurance turned what could have been a stressful situation into a confidence-boosting one. I couldn’t recommend Gary more highly. If you want honest, thorough, caring service in Dewsbury, ask for him — he truly raises the bar. Thanks Gary! 10/10

   The mechanic tried his best, but he was never able to get my wheels aligned, they gave me the car back multiple times with red boxes. I just gave up in the end. Paying premium price of £65 on 2 occasions I would've expected it to be bang on, I could have gone to somebody else for £30 and had the same result. They also couldn't tell me why they could not get it aligned.
