   Colin was very professional, empathised with my situation and provided me with a five star experience at a reasonable price, safety first philosophy, with polite and curious manner. The installer was very good and took time to clean all contacting parts of the wheel inner rim and the mating flanges of the wheel hub with a sander, before refitting the new tyres and wheels back on to my sons vehicle.    Yesterday on the way home my car flagged up that I was rapidly losing air from a rear tyre. I turned around and headed to kwik fit praying they were open. I arrived ten minutes before they closed and the chap at the counter promised it could be fixed first thing in the morning. I’d had a rotten day and I think he could see I was stressed because he took pity and offered to fix it there and then. Both Jack and Harry stayed late to get me back on the road which was hugely appreciated as train strikes meant I’d have been stranded otherwise. Going above and beyond expectations like this is truly rare these days and I can’t express how grateful I was for such a good service. Thank you Jack and Harry!

   Very good service, booked in for a battery check as failed to start a couple of times. Booked in within the hour, but on arrival the tech advised the existing battery had 5yr guarantee sticker (bought from Halfords) so checked with me if I'd bought it, which I had less than 3 yrs ago. Saved me over 200 quid. Could've just put a new battery on and charged me, but didn't. That's great customer service in my book. Would definitely use again in future. Thanks very much!

   Booked in for 2 new tyres at Tyre City and the booking procedure was very easy. On the morning of my appointment my car started making an awful noise- I explained to staff on arrival what the issue seemed to be and without any hesitation they looked into it and rectified the issue. Albeit the issue was minor, they did it free of charge and were extremely happy to help. Fantastic friendly service and very prompt and efficient. Would definitely recommend.
