   Got in touch with this garage at short notice as my radiator was leaking and I was without my car. Jack told me what I needed to do i came 1st thing this morning he was very friendly and talked me through the whole process and then took my keys, and then told me what places are around if I wanted to wait in the area. The work was amazing and very professional he showed me where the radiator was damaged and told me how he did the work. I would highly recommend this garage so helpful and did a couple of other bits for me while I was there, 10/10

   I contacted Bay2 as another garage diagnosed and quoted me for an issue with my car and said it needed extra work. Jack booked me in for 8:30 this morning and the fault was found and repaired by 11am, considerably cheaper than the previous garage and without needing the extra work the other garage said it would probably require. I will definitely use these guys for future work.

   Somehow my bike fell off its side stand, and although the bike didn't suffer any mechanical damage, the perspex windshield sustained quite a few scrapes to the front. After trying to remove the surface damage to the screen myself, without much success, I posted on a motorcycle site (Squires Bikers) seeking help. Richard from Bay2 auto customs in Normanton replied, saying that he thought that he could remove the scrapes, so I took the bike to his premises and true to his word he did a great job of removing all the scrapes leaving the windshield looking like new. I was looking at a bill of around £400 if I had had to replace the screen, but Richard did the work at a very reasonable price and I can't thank him enough. I would definitely recommend Bay2 auto customs and will definitely be using them for any future work I may require, be it on the bike or car. Once again thanks to Richard for a job well done.    I trusted my golf to these guys for a scrape on the bumper and various scratches including the drivers door window that was on when I got the car. I dropped the car off at 9am and it was ready before dinner time for me to collect. The work was spot on. Couldn’t tell the bumper had been damaged at all and they buffed out the numerous scratches and somehow made the glass scratches disappear. Excellent service, lovely honest staff and a fair price too. Highly recommended. I will certainly be using these guys from now on for all my cars.

   We took our Audi A6 in today for a bumper repair. Someone kindly drive into the back of us and didn’t stop which meant that we had to pay for the repairs ourselves. Bay2 were very reasonably priced and have done a brilliant job. Their communication has been fantastic from start to finish and you can tell they genuinely enjoy and care about what they do. We’ll be back in the future. Thank you!

   Very happy! Having called numerous garages to get my exhaust fixed nobody seemed bothered. Found Bay2 Auto booked straight in, repaired my exhaust rather than replaced it which saved me money. Very happy with price. Would definitely recommend and will be back again!

   Can not recommend the lads down at Bay2 enough. Had my most recent Service done at Bay2. Had an exhaust and rear valance/diffuser fitted, along with a resonator at a later date. Always brilliant customer service, special thanks to Jack all the work he has done so far to my Focus, will definitely be returning in the future for work doing.
