“Fantastic! Cannot be happier, we took our 14-month old schnoodle to Katie for her first groom and were amazed by how professional, friendly and downright efficient she was. In all honesty, our little dog was long overdue a full groom from a seasoned professional - she (the dog) had developed some matting that was beyond us and we were very apprehensive as neither the dog nor us had been to a groomer before. 90 minutes after dropping the dog off, we were presented by a beautifully groomed and relaxed Moose. I have no idea why we so apprehensive about visiting a groomer, Katie was honest and efficient and vastly exceeded our expectations. I (and Moose) will look forward to our next visit.”

“So good last year on complete strip and "the works" on my Italian Spinone boy, that I've just re-booked for this year, despite it being a bit of a trek for us now that Leanne's moved to the other side of Harrogate. He's quite a sensitive soul and hates being groomed! but obviously liked and responded well to Leanne. She's also the first groomer in five who's had the knowhow to give him the correct Spinone look (tho he's not a show dog).”
