“Jane is a lovely lady and an extremely talented groomer. She listened attentively to the smallest detail of how I wanted my Norfolk terrier groomed and produced perfection to our delight! (Sadly he had been groomed poorly prior to our visit to Jane.) She was so gentle with him, he is 15 and a half and went out of her way to make him very comfortable throughout the process (think he was a bit reluctant to leave her lol). Undoubtedly, highly recommended and of course we are going back. ❤️”

They both always smell lovely and their fur is so soft after a pamper session here. Lauren is so great with them both (especially Harley, who can get a bit nervous in some situations). All the staff here are very friendly and nothing is ever too much trouble. The booking system is easy and prices are reasonable, what more could you ask for? I can highly recommend this salon to anyone looking to give their dogs some pampering! No other salon has compared.”

“Emily is an amazing groomer and has looked after our rough coated Brussels Griffon, Pippa, for the last two years. She has a relaxed way which instantly puts our dog at ease, gives a great breed-specific cut and in under an hour is returned to us tail wagging, looking and smelling amazing! “Lio loves coming here. I booked Lio in and the morning of his groom he was attacked by another dog, opening a wound behind his ear. Oce was very understanding and very well skilled in dealing with a injured dog. Lio did not notice or care that he was being washed. Not only was he treated well and enjoyed his groom, but we had some specific requirements in terms of trimming that Lio needed and they were met perfectly. Thank you very much”

“Brilliant dog groomers, all the staff are so friendly and kind to the dogs. Our Labrador went and came home looking amazing, they'd got so much excess fur off him and he smelt really properly clean for ages as opposed to just coming home highly fragranced which then wears off after a couple of days which happens at some other establishments. He was really settled and happy there, when my partner went to pick him up he said he was sat in the shop window with a waggy tail. We have had a negative experience somewhere else so this was lovely to see. Our greyhound recently went for a claw trim and they were so patient with him and experienced with greyhounds being nervous and sensitive. If you can get in here I would definitely recommend it, you can drop your furry friend off here confident that they're going to be treat well while you're not there.”

So we were all amazed to find her fully clipped. Really lovely service, I think they must have been really kind to her in spite of her behaviour...
