   Emily is an amazing groomer and has looked after our rough coated Brussels Griffon, Pippa, for the last two years. She has a relaxed way which instantly puts our dog at ease, gives a great breed-specific cut and in under an hour is returned to us tail wagging, looking and smelling amazing! Can’t recommend highly enough.

   Emily has groomed our English Springer Spaniels for several years. Both have different clips & always exactly as I have requested. The younger one is quite an enthusiastic handful, but some how Emily works her magic & Twig looks so smart. The old dog is a little nervous, but Emily is so patient & kind with her & she returns with a full close clip & a spring in her paws. I highly recommend Emily, I love the natural products that she uses. Emily is great at communicating & always happy to help. The drop off process is easy & very secure. We all look forward to our appointments with you Emily.

   Emily has been grooming our dog Ozzie since he was a puppy. We started with puppy grooming sessions which was easy to book and Emily gave us great advice and made Ozzie super comfortable! Two years later and Ozzie loves going for a groom. Emily is amazing at what she does and puts so much time and energy into her job. She is always available to communicate with and I know we will be with her for the foreseeable future!

   Emily has looked after our Old English Sheepdog since he was a puppy, introducing him to being groomed with puppy packages and now looking after his adult coat. He always looks (and smells!!) fantastic and still looks great as it grows out in between too. She is super patient and always books him out plenty of time so he can have lots of breaks throughout, especially for his full groom sessions which can be around 4 hours long. Emily has also been super supportive when he needed surgery, advising and assisting us with a super short cut for his crate recovery & even sent him a super get well soon package. Couldn't recommend her enough!!

   Emily has been grooming Spencer my poodle cross for a while now. He has never been keen on a groom until we found toptail!! He loves it !!! He comes back looking fantastic smelling fantastic and feeling fantastic !!! Emily is excellent with him I would never send him anywhere else. Thanks Emily from me and Spencer poodle xx
