“Only recently got a shih Tzu and have wasn't sure where to take her to be groomed had heard excellent reports about Paws n Claws so thought would give it a try. Both times she has come out looking and smelling amazing. She hates baths but the second time going seemed to be a lot better with it. Staff are very friendly and helpful and always there for the dogs and treat them as if they were their own. “Groom your own dog day course was amazing!! Learned quite a bit, got lots of tips for handling my wriggly, noisy monster, which was amazing. Been trying to groom my cavapoo on my own for about a year without a clue on how. He's left today looking,in my opinion, gorgeous. The staff were knowledgeable and absolutely lovely. “My cockapoo Bobby is extremely nervous and anxious which was triggered after an incident with his previous groomers. However Kerry is an absolute angel, she has worked extremely hard with Bobby over the last 3 years to build up his trust and to create a lovely bond. She never pushes him past his comfort zone and ensures that how he feels is the most important thing. After what happened I am also a nervous owner however as soon as we arrive at Bo’bella and I see Bobby run up to Kerry and give her kisses all over her face all of my worries melt away. I cannot speak highly enough of Kerry, our entire family would be lost without her and it means the world to us that Bobby is slowing becoming more comfortable with his grooms.
