I brought in my dog Bucky to dogoholics for the first time today to get his nails trimmed and dremmeled. The lady that did his nails also offered to tidy him up as the last groomer I went to missed some spots. It's honestly been the best service I've had at a groomer for years. The staff is super kind and knowledgeable. They always put the dog first and use kind handling techniques. Will be returning as a regular customer from now on!
Groom your own dog day course was amazing!! Learned quite a bit, got lots of tips for handling my wriggly, noisy monster, which was amazing. Been trying to groom my cavapoo on my own for about a year without a clue on how. He's left today looking,in my opinion, gorgeous. The staff were knowledgeable and absolutely lovely. They were very patient with me and my drama queen of a dog. Left feeling a lot more confident for my next try.
Used dogoholics Hull since my dog was a puppy. The staff are always friendly and helpful. My dog is always excited when we are walking towards the shop. He always looks happy, clean and fresh when I pick him up. Prices are very fair for the service provided.
We have 2 Frenchies abd a Border Terrorist. All have been groomed here. Service is really efficient and the staff very upbeat, friendly and professional. Our Border, Gertie requires hand stripping and at Dogoholics they can do this specialist grooming really well. Gertie really loves her visits and comes out looking like a sleek, tidy girl. Definitely recommend.
I studied my level 3 dog grooming qualifications with Lucy and her team at Dogoholics. I’ve felt nothing but supported and welcomed since my first day and all the dogs receive the highest standards of care whilst in the salon. As you can see from these photos the difference in cuts. The first one was done by another groomers and the second one by Lucy. When we initially took Elliot to the first groomers we found after a couple of times he was scared to go in. The groom only took an hour but us been new to owning a dog thought this was ok. When we went to pick Elliot up one day we looked through the window to find Elliot in a muzzle. Elliot has never been aggressive! When we got him home we noticed blood on his fur, he had been cut by the scissors under his armpit. Thank god we found Lucy. Lucy introduced our boy to scissors very slowly and patiently. Elliot would just go for an hour have a bath and get used to been around all the equipment. We have used Lucy for a number of years and would never use anyone else. Elliot loves her and so do we.
