“This is a small store, so it does run out of popular products. This store does have a smaller selection of produce, etc, compared to other stores. However there is a good range of choice.. Also delivery bookings instore qyickly run out. But still, a great place to shop, and reasonably priced. Also, there is free parking and disabled access”

“Recently decided to go vegan with my wife and decided to try out the local vegan cafe. The staff were incredibly helpful, offering valuable advice for newcomers like us. The menu provided a plethora of fresh and delicious options, creating a tough choice with so much variety. The atmosphere was lovely, and the extensive selection of vegan alternatives was impressive. Looking forward to our next visit, and the mocha was the best I've had in a long time!”

“The Spotted Duck Tea Room is an absolute gem! We recently visited while staying nearby and were blown away by their amazing cooked breakfast. They even brought fresh drinking water for our dog, which was such a thoughtful touch and showed how much they genuinely care about their customers. “The Green Owl is a great cafe bar. There is a very large selection of draught beers lager and cider including three cask conditioned hand-pulled real ales which were in excellent condition on our visit. There is also a large cocktail menu. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and there is a nice covered outside seating area. We went to see the live music, the band, The Ekoes were excellent. It's a lively bar definitely worth visiting.”

“These stores layout and smell always remind me of visiting mainland Europe. They have a fairly standard layout and carry a range of competitively priced own label and some branded goods. There bakery is very nice. They are not a one stop shop for all your items unless you taylor your purchases to the store availablity. Very large carpark accessed easily. Public transport via stop a short walk away on Hessle Road near the flyover. I think the stagecoach number 1 is the best option. The store accepts cash and card. It is one of the newer larger stores with in-store bakery and the usual central isle weekly offers. I like the occasional one off lines they have presumably from elsewhere in Europe”
