This is a small store, so it does run out of popular products. This store does have a smaller selection of produce, etc, compared to other stores. However there is a good range of choice.. Also delivery bookings instore qyickly run out. But still, a great place to shop, and reasonably priced. Also, there is free parking and disabled access
Great Christmas food. You can get good offers around the shop . Buy three items & get money off you can mix & match these offers. They also have a loyalty card where you save. They do home delivery
This is a nice retail shop on the Saint Andrew Retail Park but very similar to other Iceland stores. This shop doesn't offer Home Delivery at the time of my visit. It has predominantly own brand frozen produce that is good value and good quality. There is a fair range of fresh produce and good deals on multi buys. Tuesday if you are over 60 and have a Bonus card ( Iceland's Loyalty card) you can receive 10% discount. Often worth looking at the reduced to clear items too I will shop here again
Manger and supervisor are amazing and so very helpful. I literally don’t have a bad thing to say about their care, service, and helpfulness. Unfortunately though they have a driver that abused children/ younger girls and boys. He has been taken in by police but no prosecution as it was too historic to have enough evidence for the cps to go forwards. His name is Lee P (hessle road store, delivery driver; HU5 area) I won’t say his whole surname to not cross a line but he needs to be removed. He will be near peoples children on deliverers ect. He his very personable, smiley, ‘kind’ but actually masks himself and abused children. I am sorry to write this here but it can’t continue x
I haven't been to this Iceland for a while now, but when i do go, the customer service is always impeccable. Particularly from one young man with glasses who always greets me with a smile.
Me and my husband did a bit of shopping here at Iceland hessle road, spent over £100 Got home and after unpacking the shopping we released some was missing. We left a large bag of shopping in the store, luckily enough for us the staff noticed and put it away for us, so on returning back our big bag of shopping was there! Thank you so much iceland staff..
As the owner of a well behaved shopping wench my experience here us limited to sitting in the car with the dog waiting for the aforementioned shoppy wench to do the shopping that she wants from here. As far as that goes I find it a great place to wait for shoppy wench, never had any trouble off would be car-jackers or other such undesirables, and the car parking is free.
