Right inside the Prospect shopping complex. Good products with affordable prices. Great atmosphere. Close to Poundland and Peacock.

I think Iceland are getting very expensive so I shop elsewhere now it use to be ok but it's getting like all the big money crabbing stores they do the yellow stickers to make you think your getting a deal and your not so I for o e shop around d now and only weekly shop I save £10 So won't ever shop at Iceland again .

The staff are very friendly and helpful I often shop there. The milk stays fresh longer than most supermarkets. We Love to buy their products and on Tuesdays we pensioners get discount on all we buy

Nice and handy for your odds and ends but I couldn't do my big shop there. There's a plentiful selection of products mainly supplying a wide range of frozen products. They are renowned for their efficient delivery service. On the down side there are rumours that it is due for closure

A shop that we sometimes use for a big shop as we can have our purchases delivered after selecting the items ourselves. At the checkouts you can ask for home delivery then pick a convenient delivery time if one is available. Seeing as my wife usual deals with the delivery side of it I don't know if there is a charge unless you spend a certain amount. Definitely not everything can be bought at the shop that we use as space is limited, but they have opened a warehouse type store, not surprisingly called The Food Warehouse. Only visited that store once so not really able to comment on that store too much. Seems like the smaller shop just having a lot more on off, many items freezer related of course.

Refused delivery due to the road being closed but pathway open a few minutes to walk. Number of calls past between store and customer service to no help or sense. No customer service skills just blank or rude

I stopped shopping here just before Covid as the queues where always long with only one till on. Unfortunately this was still the case when I shopped today.

Till staff always helpful and friendly. Nice layout with plenty of room on the aisles for the trolley.

Long queues, staff are mostly rude and ignorant. There is a nice young guy who works at the checkout though, he is always friendly. Usual selection of frozen goods, small selection of fresh products. Unfortunately they rarely open more than one checkout and the queues can be very long.
