   Didn't have a trolley coin which I guess is my fault but does everyone carry one?? Figured I'd use a basket but none of those at the door or anywhere else to be seen either. Carried what I needed through a messy store and left, managed to walk past 2 members of staff chatting and using pretty spicy language. Not the best visit and it's put me off going back.

   Recently started doing all my shopping here, I find it really easy doing the scan and shop as a Nectar card user with a very busy toddler. I must say I am always happy with the staff and the stock, but this week has really topped it for me. I picked up a newborn outfit and my toddler was insistent on carrying it around the shop. I didn't realise until I got home that she had dropped it somewhere in the store and I had since paid for it on the scan and shop and left without it! I went back with my receipt and explained the situation to Michaela, who was incredibly helpful and helped me look around the shop to see if we could find where it was dropped. We couldn't find it right then, so she arranged for a replacement to be left for me to collect the following day on completion of the CCTV review. She called me at lunchtime and let me know it would be ready for me to collect anytime. Outstanding customer service and assistance - I was over the moon!

   Great range of products, unfortunately from being accused of shoplifting due to not printing a recite and different products clearly marked as on offer or part of a promotion only to get to the checkout to find the product has been placed there by "mistake" or isn't part of that particular ooffer and by that time you're to embarrassed to remove the products from your basket. Unfortunately Sainsbury's has a monopoly on a good range of products or I would never shop there again.

   How do Sainsbury's justify this, a plastic men's comb for £4! Outrageous. Shouldn't you be looking after your customers, not fleecing them. I went to home bargains and got a 2 pack for 49p

   Had exactly what I wanted... as I live in the city centre it was a bus ride away but well worth it ... one certain city centre supermarket that I use ( begins with a T and with an O )looks like it's having a closing down sale with constant empty spaces in the freezer section and shelves ..a few weeks now I've been looking for char grilled Mediterranean veg ,always none available in the city centre supermarket... so I tried sainsbury's got what I wanted ( at a cheaper price as well) and walked away quite happy ..

   Plenty of SEASONAL vegetables for those people who don't have an entitlement attitude and expect out of season veg and fruit all year - but don't expect to pay extra for the convenience. Some good offers if you look for them.

   Large store with.a good range of products, I understand the Pharmacy is closing, Sainsbury's over the counter medicines will still be available. Accessibility - good, electronic doors, wide aisles, car parking and toilet for the disabled. Staff - friendly and helpful. Toilet - including for parents and the the disabled.
